Brent Bien, candidate for WY Governor
I fully endorse Bob for election to the Park County 6 School Board!!  He is an outstanding citizen of Cody, Park County, and Wyoming, and is a true American Patriot and principled conservative who will uphold our Constitution!  I have the utmost confidence that he will lead our great state in reaffirming the basics of education and hold those accountable whose intent is to corrupt our children through further secular progressive indoctrination aimed at destroying our great nation! Vote ... on November 8th, 2022!

Bob has a passion for history.

His book, Yellowstone Yesterday and Today has been a favorite seller for the past nine years. He believes that if we do not learn from history, we are doomed to repeat it.

He knows that education is the foundational issue in the culture war that is raging in our country today. Education must be cherished, guarded and fought for.

His top three heroes in history are Thomas Jefferson, Sam Houston and Winston Churchill.

Bob had a productive 25-year career as an Overhead Door distributor and has operated a successful bed and breakfast here in Cody, with his wife Robin, for 21 years.

While pursuing a master’s degree in musicology, his fellowship duties included teaching freshman music history classes. During that time, he was the fine art’s reference librarian at the university library. His Bachelor of Music degree was in applied trumpet.

His political activism started at the age of 14 when he defended Barry Goldwater’s candidacy for president in a 7th grade History class debate. He was also instrumental in founding a Young Republicans Chapter that same year. That involvement has grown to formidable participation in the Republican Party of Wyoming, both at the local and state levels.

Bob is a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church and proud of being a PK.

He is an ardent supporter of the Cody High School Band, Serenity House, Young Life, the Park County Republican Party and Sons of Freedom.

Bob believes that Wyoming could “Lead the Nation,” with true direction in education.

And he loves Yellowstone.
